Garden Maintenance
I offer regular maintenance gardening to keep your garden healthy and looking beautiful. I garden organically wherever possible, to benefit soil health and wildlife as this in turn benefits your plants.
I can assist with the following:
-
Thoughtful pruning and training of shrubs and roses, including renovation of those that have become straggly or overgrown.
-
Seasonal care of borders including maintenance of herbaceous perennials including staking, pruning, dividing and cutting back.
-
Weeding
-
Mulching
-
Shaping of small to medium hedges and topiary.
-
Pruning of orchard trees.

Planting Design
If you want to re-invigorate, re-imagine or improve the planting in your garden, I offer planting design for your existing or new garden borders to create beautiful interest, all year round.
I can source quality plants, that are best suited to the conditions in your garden and are good for wildlife too. I will also look at whether we can re-use and re-invigorate your existing planting where appropriate.

About Me (& Moss)
I am a qualified, professional and friendly gardener based in Norton St Philip, Somerset (BA2) and covering gardens between Bath and Frome, including Rode, Beckington, Laverton, Freshford and Combe Down.
I pride myself on being reliable, providing a high quality of work, attention to detail and care. I work closely with my clients to understand their needs and priorities.

I am passionate about wildlife, and garden using organic principles wherever possible, working to maintain soil and plant health, whilst also ensuring a high quality aesthetic.
After a rewarding 15 year career in television production, I retrained in horticulture in 2018. I hold a level II NPTC certificate in practical horticulture and a RHS Level II diploma. I have worked as a gardener for organisations including Highgrove and the National Trust.
I like to bring along my gardening side-kick Moss, a bedlington whippet who works for biscuits!
